AS Komerk started its operations in January 1993. AS Komerk is a 100% subsidiary of AS Intersad.

The parent company AS Intersad and the subsidiary AS Komerk have been registered as one taxpayer with the Tax Board since September 1996.

KOMERK is a modern, rapidly developing, multifunctional company. Our main specialization is a wide range of services related to cargo handling: loading and unloading of any complexity, short-term and long-term storage of goods, assembly, packaging, repackaging, preparation of all transport documents for sending goods to Russia,

European countries, etc.

The entire operation of the Komerk company is thought out down to the smallest detail in such a way as to ensure quality customer service. By the way, this is also the purpose of the company's location - in the territory of the Muuga port with a free zone status, which allows to solve customs issues flexibly and promptly.

KOMERK owns one of the largest heated closed surface warehouses with a total area of 8000 square meters, which meets all modern requirements. The warehouse space is divided into 7 sections, each of them 1000 to 1200 m2, and they are also equipped with racks up to 12 m high, which significantly increase the useful area of the warehouse. One 1000 m2 section is intended for storing food at a temperature regime of +2°C to +10°C. If desired, customers can monitor the unloading and loading processes in real time.

The warehouse spaces built in 2014 are so-called cold warehouses with a total area of 20,000 square meters.

In 2016, a new project was launched - fulfillment and express delivery.

The striking difference of the KOMERK company is the possession of one of the largest container depots in Estonia, which allows to store up to 1,500 TEU at the same time.

KOMERK offers customers a full range of warehouse services: 1. Loading/unloading, both using mechanical aids and manually; 2. Loading/unloading of goods subject to veterinary control; 3. Loading/unloading of chemicals up to class 3; 4. Loading/unloading of both oversized and non-oversized goods of various complexity; 5. Various securing of loads on platforms, semi-trailers and closed wagons; 6. Weighing of goods; 7. Photographing of goods; 8. Assembly of goods, placement on pallets, repackaging, sorting, wrapping in polyethylene film; 9. Storage of goods in open conditions and indoors, as well as in containers; 10. Storage of goods indoors at a temperature regime of +2°C to +10°C; 11. Preparation of consignment notes for sending goods to Russia and European countries; 12. Storage of full and empty containers on KOMERK territory.

In 2022, AS Komerk's sales revenue was 10,935,928 euros. 70% of the sales revenue came from the sale of services.

10% of AS Komerk's sales revenue came from sales in Estonia and 90% from abroad.

AS Komerk ended the year 2022 with a profit.
